Reeflink Issues

My Reeflink has been unable to connect to my home internet for weeks now. Normally this happens and I either unplug the ethernet cable and/or power cable and plug them back in and the connect is then made. I have tried several times already and neither works. It wont connect wirelessly or via a wired connection.

What can I try to get it connected again?

Have you tried resetting it to the factory defaults and then running the setup program again? This typically works for me.

You can connect your ReefLink to your computer via USB and use the ReefLink Setup app to change the Wifi connection info. I would suggest performing the following steps:

1. Open the ReefLink Setup app. Make sure you are logged into the proper EcoSmart Live account.
2. Connect the ReefLink to your computer via USB only (no power or Ethernet)
3. The ReefLink Setup app should show you the details of your ReefLink
4. Section Actions > Change Wifi
5. Follow the steps to select and enter your Wifi connection info
6. Follow the rest of the steps to get your ReefLink reconnected to EcoSmart Live

I keep trying to run the reef link set up and the popup that asks me to please connect my reef link via USB cable and it already is. It just stays on that screen and never detects it. Im at a loss for what to do since I've tried everything i have ever done to get it back connected.

It sounds as though the SD card has failed on your ReefLink. Please call in today to have your ReefLink replaced under warranty.

my reeflink is doing same, it says please connect usb cable and will not go past this.
