Tunze 3155 flashing "TOO LOW"

Hello, bought the ATO 2+ years ago. The product stopped working properly after disconnecting and reconnecting power during routine water change.

Here is the sequence: Power on beep --> solid orange "PUMP ON" 10 seconds (pump is working and water coming out) --> flashing "TOO LOW" (pump turns off forever)

I have tried cleaning the sensors but submerged or not I get the same sequence. I do get a light indicating when it is level or too high however.

What can I do please thank you.

If it is only too low, the controller lost its programming and if you send it in I can reprogram it, usually a power surge is the cause and this can happen if many devices are switched on at once. If it is too low and too high, that is the water damage indicator, a common cause is the power supply tip gets wet and is plugged in wet, usually minor water damage can be repaired.

I only need the controller with attached sensors. Include a note with return address and phone number.
