What is this pest??
Hi,
Just bought an australian elegance coral, just acclimating it and can see a creature coming out then retracting when i go near. Its bright red and has a burrow that looks like its part of the coral skeleton. Its only come out a few milimeters so far. Photo below |

I cant see anything in that pic that looks like a pest.
Did you dip the coral before introducing it to the display tank? With Coral Rx, Bayer, anything to rid the frag of pests?

Yes its currently in a coral disinfectant, not yet in display. The red thing in the middle of the photo is alive and retracting in and out

Uh, "currently in coral disinfectant"? How long has it been in there? What exact product are you speaking of?
