Please help! Need to ID disease

hello all

any help identifying this disease on this fish would be appreciated. I’ve just lost a fish and am about to lose another....

I purchased 6 lyretail anthias last week. All we’re doing well. Yesterday one developed these plaques and was dead today. Later today another had these plaques (see pic). Also noted a long, stringy white stool that will not fall off today’s sick fish. Fish is not eating and breathing rapidly.

They are in a quarantine tank with cupramine and they got a 60 minute paraguard bath when I brought them home
