Tunze Calcium Dispenser 5074 Question?
I have a 24 gallon Reef Setup and I am using the Osmolator Universal full size unit with the 5074 Calcium Dispenser and I am trying to get my ph levels up, right now they are at 8.0 ph during daytime hours and drops to 7.7 ph overnight, with 10 grams of kalkwasser added every 7-10 days can I add more kalk to increase the ph a little more? I want to maintain the ph around 8.2 or even higher. I am also using a micro ball valve to reduce the flow of the feed tube because of the 15 second timing at full flow it might put to much water in at once.

I might instead just give it time, over a period of about 2 months of using kalk you will start to see smaller and smaller swings in pH between day and night. You can add up to 3 tbsp of kalk to the dispenser but for a small tank I would generally stay with a lower dose.
