spondid worms

the other day in my 12 nano and my 20 micro frag tank i was doing some maintainence and noticed that there was a large amount of spondid worms hanging out in the sand and a few crawling on the rocks... i have used FW exit to rid them before however i was seeing if someone knew a better way OR my favorite any predators anyone knows of tht i can introdue to the tank to eat them?
