Feeding my Koran

Trying to find something to feed my juvenile Koran angelfish. He has seemed to pick off everything he wants out of the tank... wont go after the sponges... I got him from Matt's Coral Connection in FWB. Matt said he would eat my sponges but doesn't seem to go after them. Any ideas what I can feed him, they also said try krill. I already have some to spot feed my plate coral, should I just dose with some garlic and drop it in the water after it thaws?

Spirulina Brine always does the trick for me with finicky fish. For angels specifically, fresh clams or mussels from Publix should work as well. Crack them open on the half shell and drop em in.
