Eductor / Penductor Plans Needed---Opinions Needed

I made one of these a while back but cannot find the DIY thread I used. I dont know much about them so maybe I would be wasting time.

Here is my system I am planning on putting them on:

Closed loop with a Dart
5' x 4' Frag / Holding tank
Planning on having 3 returns on each 5' side blasting into one another

Will the Dart produce enough flow and pressure to utilize the penductor or will it basically be a wasted effort?

Thanks in advance to anyone with input.

Here is the link to the ones I built. Sadly they are still in the garage and haven't had a chance to use them.

IMO The DIY units work ok but I have found the manufactured ones work ten times better and end up costing about the same price after buying all the parts for the DIY.. They also look better and take up less space in the tank

Isnt the whole idea....high volume, low pressure. Not low volume, high pressure like eductors create? Thats why you rarely see them used. Myself....I would look for a different solution than eductors/penductors.

Don't use them on the dart.

Eductors work off of a high pressure pump, not a low pressure pump. By the time you create the head pressure to make the eductors work correctly on a dart pump, you will have reduced the output so much that the eductors will not make up the difference.

Besides that you can purchase the pacific coast version for $16 makes it hard to DIY.
