6105 power supply

I have 2 - 6105s that I've had for just over 2 years, I'm the second owner. One of the power supplies seems to be bad. Both pumps work if I swap the good PS. The PS is Model# 09257H. Both PS LEDs glow red, am I missing something?

It is entirely possible the power supply has failed, they do tend to last about 4 years so if the previous owner had them awhile that would make sense and the light being on does not mean 100% they work, they can "work" but put out 10V or less which won't drive the pump. Make sure the jumper is installed for the voltage setting and you might also try wiggling or pushing hard on the connection to the pump, if the tip has poor contact but the power supply is truly working the pump would then work and this can be adjusted. The power supplies are available, the part number is 6105.240 and they can be ordered from Amazon or on Tunze.com.

I'm getting just under 10V. Looks like a new PS for me.
