I freaking love the new light. Nothing against Dave's nanobox, but you just can't get the crisp pop of all those T5s with LEDs. I want my next light for my next tank to have the following:
Blue + RB/B/CW/NW LED strip Aquablue Special RB/CW/NW LED strip Fiji Purple RB/B/CW/NW LED strip Blue + The tanks looks awesome. I think most of the guys with the best nanos have a tank made by Chris with Pico lol.

Wow what an amazing tank! I'm really digging all the open space in your tank and the layout is fantastic.

This one of my favorite tanks!
Do you have any concerns regarding some of the SPS with out any MH supplementing, since loosing the LEDs? |

Hi, I really like your tank. Did you try feeding your eel with a regular shrimp that can be bought at a local seafood store? I'm feeding mine some regular shrimps but I chop them into lil' peices. It saves me some money too hehe
Also, the eel never bother your shrimps? I'm goin back to nano cause of this thread lol. Good job man.

Thanks alot Spiro Not at all....my sps actually look better now than they did under my previous fixtures. Quote:
Thanks alot jr. I actually got rid of the eel recently because i got tired of having a canopy over my tank. But to answer your questions i regulary fed him regular shrimp chopped into smaller pieces and he loved it. I was fortunate he never ate any of the really small shrimp i keep in this tank (probably because i kept him well fed)but i wouldnt advise trying it as they are known to eat smaller invertebrates such as shrimp and fish. Thanks again man |

Rehype- As everyone has said you have an awesome tank. I have fallen in love with it and rimless tanks. I was wondering you have an email or a web site address for where you got the tank from? I googled pico aquariums and got returns to hobby sites but not actual business site. I have waded through a half dozen or so thread looking for thier site.

First time I've stopped in to your tank thread, bro. What a pleasure!
I'll say again what I told you before: this will always be 2011's nano tank of the year in my book. |
