UV - Do you use one and if so how do you have it setup?
How many of you use UV?
How do you handle your flow? From sump to display or from one chamber of the sump to another? A 80 watt unit is huge, 45" long, so wondering if you run it from the floor to the upper part of the display or do you run it along the sump horizontally? Any photos of set up would be appreciated.

I use a dedicated pump to make sure my flow is exactly what is recommended.
And i run it from one side of my sump to the other, it lays right on top of my sump because I have eurobraced sump.

I run it from where the overflow water enters the sump and output right next to my return pump.
I don't think it really matters that much since UV is low flow anyway. If you are using an 80 watt the flow may be enough that you can return it from the sump back into the tank as a single return. Or hook it into a closed loop somehow.

I will be running mine the opposite way. Entering from the return and exiting near filter socks.

Sorry, yes I'm curious about why you run it back from your return. Do you just tee off your return pump?
