How long should I leave the lights on?

I have 2 165w LED fixtures over a 55 gal. They are about 8" above the water. How long should I leave them on for LPS and SPS corals?

I think 10 hours of actinic and 8 hours of Daylight should be a good starting point. Cut back or add according to your needs.

I leave my actinics on for 12 hours and whites on for about 10.
One of the nice things with most LED systems (such as what I have) is that my lights gradually come on over 2 hours and gradually dim down at night. This allows me to have a bit more "viewing time" without having to run at 100% intensity.

I run my LEDs for 14 hours total. 5 hour ramp up, 4 hour max, 5 hour ramp down.
