Thanks Steven. Right now it's a softie Zoa's garden haha. Can't wait to get some SPS once PC light is upgrade to maybe LED?
Peter Thanks still need a lot more work to do and its will be hitting 6 months next month. I think many other Reefer's here have way nicer tanks. Quote:
Those SPS is awesome and your tank is clean sanababit. I want to do a mini version of that first picture . What happen to the 2nd picture, did you trim it down? Still look awesome and clean. |

Sana PS, the reason the colonies got that big is, i live in tijuana mexico, there's like 3 people besides me that have tanks and i have given them frags from the corals i had, SOOOOOO, i did not have anyone else to give them too, i used to cut them and throw them into the sump, but i said what a waste, so i decided to take them to the states but when i crossed the border i almost went to jail because homeland security had an agricultural department which says that any marine wildlife is banned from coming accross without a cities permit so i got sent back to tijuana, and i cant send any into southern mexico because of the same problem (no permit), tijuana is a border city and everything that goes south into mexico has to go thru customs and customs asks me for cities paperwork so i am screwed, since i cant give them, sell them, exchange them, then i just let them grow out.......

My first tank.
Display tank: Standard 55 Gallon Sump: 20g Tank Age: Lasted about 6 months till I upgraded Flow: (2) Koralia 2's Lighting: (2) 175w 15k Iwasaki's and (2) 48" VHO Super Actinic Filtration: Vertex In-80 Cheato 100+lbs LR and DSB After I added a few corals: 20k XM's My current tank, doing it right this time. Display tank: 60x18x20 scratched up acrylic Sump: 40g Tank Age: 7 months old Flow: (2) Koralia 2's Lighting: (2) 250w 20k Radium's and (2) 48" VHO Super Actinic (4) 48" T5 (3) B+ (1) ABS Filtration: Avast CS1 Cone Skimmer with Sicce PSK-2500 150+lbs LR and BRS Biopellets Replacing this tank with a scratch free glass tank I dont like acrylic. I had a gorilla crab problem so took out a lot of the live rock and going to re-aquascape. Going with a black background because the blue annoys me. Ill post new picks when I'm done. I've since bought a few more frags I think it'll look beautifil when it all grows in.
