UV pump died, bulb ran with no flow

Just noticed that my UV feed pump is dead and I'm not sure for how long. (at maximum, 1 week) There was still water in the UV tube and bulb was on and "in water" but with no flow.

I ordered replacement pump & bulb but should I be concerned about anything?

Wait. Was there water outside the quartz tube only? Did water make contact with the uv bulb? Water is supposed to only surround the quartz tube, then the uv goes inside the quartz tube.

Like a hot dog hahaha

Sorry, I should've clarified. No water went inside the quartz tube nor make contact with the bulb. Water surrounded the tube but the unit just had no flow while the bulb was on.

Bulb still turns on, I was worried that no flow might have damaged something.

Yes why would it be any different than when the pump is running.
The water sitting inside it is probably very sterilized .
