You can file for your business on www.sunbiz.org. I filed as an S-corp because I was an independent contractor. Once you have that, then you have to file for a federal Tax-ID # (FEIN) and you can take that info to the bank and open a business bank account/credit card etc. It shouldn't be too complicated. The only thing is you need to know how you want to file (S-Corp, C-corp, sole proprietor, etc). You can also talk to any accountant and they can help you set it up, that's how I did it. From there, it depends on if there are any particular licensing requirements for your particular business. I am far from an expert, but should be enough to get you going.
