I posted the picture quite a bit larger, I believe tho moderator shrunk it down. Maybe I'll repost later.

is it a stony coral? I cant tell from the small picture. If so it looks like a Merulina species, a close relative of hydnophora.

You are correct badguitarist it is a Merulina.
