Green algae type?

I am trying to identify green algae that is covering my live rock. It is like a bushy green Afro. I take rocks out and pull it off, then it grows back in about 6 weeks time. See attached phto. What type of macro algae is this? Sorry for the huge picture.

Turtle Weed perhaps?

I thought it could be turtle grass, but am not sure. I thought turtle grass was longer
