help with my blue hippo - ?ich?

I'm not sure if this is ich or not, nothing new has been introduced to my tank for months and i go 15 gallon water changes every week. I came home from work today to find my blue hippo tang brushing itself against the live rock in the tank and having white patches near the end of the fish, i took some photos hopefully someone has some suggestions.. none of the other fish in the tank are acting out of the norm nor have any other symptoms

thanks in advance

That is NOT ich. Several possibilities:

1) Coral/anemone stings - are there any frogspawn or other stinging creature in your tank?

2) Foxface Rabbitfish stings - Do you have one of these? My Blue Hippo sometimes tussles with my FF going after nouri in the morning and has similar patches afterwards.

3) Some kind of fungus. - How are your water params?

My vote would be for some kind of sting or bruise from hiding in the rocks.

I'm sure others will chime in here with much more dire guesses.
