Small haddoni in a 33g? For a year or two?

I've always wanted a haddoni, but have a small tank. But currently have a line on a small, beautiful one, roughly 4".

Assuming all other conditions are good (light, flow, water quality), would it be possible to keep it a year or two before having to find it a new home?

Its health should be good now, so can probably start it - and maintain - moderate feeding. Hopefully enough for health, but not so much to encourage rapid growth. Eventually though, a new home will be required, and I'll need to find a new "baby" to replace it?

Thoughts?

PS - while a bit higher up on rocks, my 2 mini-maxis and rock-flower are happy as clams in this tank.

i say you should be ok. i had a tiny gigantea in a 24 hqi nano for a few months then i sold it. if you want it to stay smaller longer, dont feed it.

Mine is about 10-12 inches across and eating like a horse in my 29g. I had to move other corals out of it's way. But it's super healthy. I. Don't think it's whether it has room. But you may not have as much room for other things.

I've been searching for one for my 34 gallon after doing a lot of research into whether or not one would work. I think 33 gallons will work, but you won't want any fish in there other than clowns as they will most certainly be eaten. You may need to remove all corals and other anemones as it will likely grow fairly quickly, even with small/no feedings.

Unfortunately that nem is GONE. Looked like a beauty too. Blue.

But I don't regret asking for your feedback before buying. There will be more opportunities, and getting your facts lined up FIRST is the way to operate in the hobby. Especially with anemones.
