Is this ich?? Please help

This morning around 7 am I noticed a small white bubble looking thing on my fish behind her fin. However, when I got home from work around 5 pm, it didn't look like a bubble anymore. It looks more like a flake. (Its almost similar to when a person has a sunburn and their skin starts to peel) It hasn't multiplied and she ate fine this morning and has been acting normal this evening, but it still concerns me. I tried to get a good picture.. Any thoughts or advice???

Looks to big to be ich. Does it look more like a sore or just a flaky scale. Any other symptoms like heavy breathing. The link has a diagnosis section, you can see if anything fits. Good luck

Just had another thought look into isopods. just tossing it out there.

It looks more like a flaky scale...which fits the symptoms for "Brook" her breathing looks normal but her fins do seem a little frayed (also a symptom of Brook) Thank you for the link!!! It was really helpful
