Mr. Chingchai,
What else can I possibly say that hasn't already been said? I've been watching your reefs for a long while, and all I can muster to say is wow. You truly do our amazing oceans justice with your fantastic rendition. I am currently planning a 300g reef, and in regards to the style of overflows you use. Are there any real cons of having the open drains? I would plan to have two 1.5 inch drains for my 300. How far below the surface would you recommend the drains be placed? Thank you sir!

For feeding, I alternately feed them with many kind of fish food. Dried shrimp, krill, frozen, pellet etc. They are getting along quite well. No fighting at all.

Open drains work fine for me. I recommend 2 inch from the surface.

The build is truly awe inspiring! So much detail in planning ...fantastic....only read the first 40 pages on the build and had to skip to the last few to see how it has developed...amazing! I will go back tonight and read the other couple of hundred pages

Seriously my favourite tank! Your attention to detail...the whole room is just perfect, would love to come and visit if I ever come to Thailand. Shame about the Achilles....seeing a shoal of 6-7 in your tank would have been amazing. Looking to get one for my tank...favourite fish but after reading your thread, i might just need to set up a qt ....been lucky so far. Thanks
