metal halide for 20g long

What halide would you use to light a 20g long tank? I want to be able to grow every kind of corals.

Lobster fisherwoman.

Current Tank Info: 90g rimless reef

70 watt MH was popular finding it now days would be tough.

I used a 150w with a Phoenix bulb and it worked out well.

Overkill, but I ran a 250 watt with a Hamilton 20k and had great results. Tank ran warm and needed a clip on fan to even keep it at 80. Without, 86+ was common.
