Bio pellets

Just wondering when your skiimmers running using pellets does it foams more than usual? Also after using the reactor after a month is there usually a break in period where your pellets will tumble more?
Using a tlf reactor my bottom plate is glued on. Is there a way to remove it without breaking anything?

Yes the use of biopellets can effect foam production in a skimmer...

Yes fresh biopellets will tumble more as they are so fresh and so clean and lack the coating of bacterial slime that will form on them that also tends to cause a flow restriction as well as "gluing" the pellets together some..

No the TLF reactor is glued and its unlikely to remove that without cracking it or whatever..

Being blunt and having fun
