EcoSmart Live now up
I just got into the Beta testing of this. Its still says I have to wire connect the Radion (which I expecting), but I can't even get the program to recognize my radion. What gives? Already downloaded and installed the Connection Manager and that does recognize the radion, but the EcoSmart Live does not.
Anyone tried it and have it working yet? Edit: I got it to sort of able to recognize it but now it's stuck on adding new device or at importing device...

I might just stick with the ecosmart config utility instead.

It is working perfectly for me. Radions needed the firmware update first, then they were recognized and I was able to program successfully.
Make sure your firmware update each Radion first via USB. |

It downloaded to my "Downloads" folder and I opened it from there, got everything working, THEN moved it to my "Applications" folder. So I don' think it matters where the Application is stored.

FYI - The firmware upgrade did wipe my Radions. I had to rename/regroup/reprogram after the firmware update. So I'd make sure you have your graph exported in case you have to re-import it.

Do you know what java version you have?
Open a terminal and type "java -version" at the command prompt. Mine is: java version "1.6.0_33" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_33-b03-424-11M3720) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.8-b03-424, mixed mode) |

Man, I have 10 radions and I didn't get an invite. My feelings are hurt.

I think the minimum # of fixtures for an invite is 12. . That said maybe having all those fixtures would put you well outside the the average and the beta would be dicey to begin with controlling all those fixtures.
