Red Sea Max 650

I have a max 650 and was looking to upgrade my lights to g4 pros. I was thinking I could use two set up longways over the tank. I have limited clearance over my tank so it would be hard to raise them super high but I could get like 10" off the water. A friend was saying I might need a third or a 15 pro in the middle of the two g4's. My other friend has three g4's over a deep dimension 300. so based on volume I'm half the size so I would think two would be more than enough. Any input is appreciated.
