Identify please
I just got this live rock over the weekend and found this floating on it today. Is it just food that has built up and stuck or something I should be concerned about? Its the little white thing hanging near the middle. It moves when I use a mag float near it.

Kinda looks like a sponge, but they're usually attached...not floating.

It is attached by a small strand. It almost looks like a round end of a q-tip hanging by a few strands.

Can you pull it out and get a closer picture? Possibly find out what it feels like?

I can pull it off. However did not want to if it is something good or cool. If it's bad I will rip it right off. . I will try a new pic tonight with a better camera.

It is a sponge, not a problem, let it be.
