GPH for a 5 gallon?

I've decided on an AIO approach for my 5 gallon. What gph flow would be ideal for such a small tank? Looking at getting a Hydor Pico pump, just need to know what size to get.

what are you looking to keep and how will the flow be distributed? (jet, wide flow, etc)
