White blemish on blue tang

So I picked up a blue tang from my LFS and upon looking at it there is a white blemish on its right side. My daughter had taken a picture with her phone so I zoomed in and brightened it so you can see it. It's not as noticeable as in the picture. What could this be? It's a baby, like 1" or less.

Its a white blemish...
Could be from bumping into stuff/freaking out or it was being nipped at by something else

Just watch it...It should heal in a week or 2 mostly

Just out of curiosity is this fish eating well? I don't know what that white blemish is, but in most cases if the fish still has a healthy apatite the odds of it recovering are much better.
