125g tank leveling
Is 1/16 of an inch out of perfect level ok on a 125g - 6ft long tank?

yah its not much over 6 ft. just that perticular overflow will drain just a hair more than the opposite end.

It's fine.
If you shim to level it out, be sure to shim the bottom of the stand, NOT the tank. Shimming the tank could lead to trouble in the future.

Yea u should be fine. My 90 is closer to 1/8" but no issues.
