This was obviously a small hermit crab with a small hermit crab flashlight.

Next question.

Not sure myself, but I used to have a tank that anytime I turned off the lights I would see little flashes of light from within the FLA live rock that I had. I never did find anything that I could pin the flashes on, I used to sit up for hours with a small red flashlight trying to figure that one out.

Last night when I woke up in the middle of the night, I noticed something glowing in the tank. It was like there was a "lightning bug" swimming around. The light will come on and then go off. It was moving very slowly. I was unable to turn on any lights to get a look at the critter (did not want to risk waking my wife who is 8 months pregnant). Does anyone have any idea on what this might be?
