White holes on Montipora

Can anyone tell me what's going on with my montipora frag? I think it's montipora, but I don't actually know the identity for sure.

Anyway, it arrived with a white hole in its skeleton and since then has developed a few more. If you look closely, from time to time you can see a little white mouth open and close and some tentacles extend when it's open. Maybe it's normal behavior or maybe it's just unhappy (lighting in my QT is not great), but this seems suspicious. It's been in QT for about a month. I've dipped it a few times and haven't seen any nudibranchs or eggs.

Any advice is appreciated!
