OSMOLATOR UNIVERSAL 3155 AUTO TOP OFF issue
I purchased the unit less than a year ago.
The sensor is having an issue with maintaining water levels. I recently cleaned the float switch and the invisible eye with fresh water and vinegar. The unit is currently not tripping the float switch when clearly the water level is externally high. The unit is also solid green for a couple of seconds upon restart I have the following errors on the controller: To high and level, please help! |

Too high solid and too low blinking is the water damage indicator, the most common cause is usually repairable, plugging in a wet power supply tip. I would send it in.

Thanks for the prompt reply Roger, should I also send in the sensor?
Or just the auto top unit? Thanks! |

It would be best if I got both sensors with it as if I have to calibrate it as part of the repair it will be best to do so with the sensors you have, I don't need the pump, power supply or magnet holders.
