Anyone been to this aquarium? How is it?
Will be in Vegas and looking for places.

I've been and can't remember much about it...which tells me it wasn't too great haha. In all honesty, it's okay, and a cool Vegas spot to ht with the family, but don't expect anything like Long Beach or Monterey Bay (it's way too small to compare to these).

Great. Thanks for the review. Maybe if I have time

I made it to the line to get in, then from the distance I heard screams from the craps table....To this day, I've always wondered how the Shark Reef is.

I liked it, it's not huge but has some cool stuff and a big jellyfish tank.

I liked it as well, another fun one to see is the Gold Nugget downtown. Huge Shark tank you can slide through, my kids loved it. Cool to chill by the pool at night and watch the sharks. There are some big ones.

Can you do the slide without being a guest at the hotel?

My daughter really wants to do that.

There is a real nice huge tank at a bar on Fremont St. Not sure which hotel.

FYI tickets are cheaper online and you get to skip the line to buy tickets.

The place is awesome if you stayed up all night gambling and meet your family to go with a lot of extra money in your pocket.

Oh, BTW, just get an MLIFE card and you can get awesome deals to stay at Mandalay Bay- or we always stay at the all-suite hotel within, now called Delano, for usually under $100/night.

Before the strip is Silverton. They have a huge cylinder tank. They have a live "Mermaid" show every 2 hours I think. The "Tanked" shop is nearby there too. I was able to get a list of tanks in Vegas to look at. Also worth seeing is the Mirage tank.
