Arg. I've been trying forever to place an order via the website and thought I'd come here to see what's up. Looks like it's still down. I keep losing my cart and having to refill it. Do you have an option to checkout on the internet without going through paypal? I really dislike that option.

We just use pp as a credit card processor. We have a different option if you call your order in.

Thanks guys. No worries. I was getting frustrated. First Paypal just wouldn't let me check out. Then every time I would add an item to my cart, it would add that item but delete the rest of the cart. If I can't figure it out tonight, I'll just call tomorrow.

Do you have your privacy set to high, or cookies disabled?

I'll try again later tonight and let you know if I experience the same thing. I ordered from you a couple weeks ago and had no problems so I'm sure the problem will just resolve itself.

Weird. I just checked again and I'm having the same problem. When I add something to the cart, the rest of the cart gets deleted.

Well, the order went through just fine via the website this morning. Looks like the internet gremlins moved on to me for the day after they were done with you.

Our gremlin - I don't wish on anyone. Was a deliberate attack on us. They didn't get anything of value by attacking us other than the satisfaction that comes with a sucker punch. Hope they sleep well.
