Red dragon 2000

Hi there, what is the difference between the motor base with the calicum block line vs one without it. I have a discontinued bk deluxe 350. Do you know which block I would need?

Deluxe 350?? You mean Deluxe 300? They are different blocks. If you skimmer deson’t have the AKB which is the antilime bypass and you are in need of the motor block, then this is the block you would need.

If your motor block has the AKB, then this is the correct replacement block.

Slief,

Is there a compatible DC pump (skimmer, not feed) for an external 300 deluxe?

Unfortunately there is no RD3 currently available for the external skimmers. They have been working on a new external version with the RD3 but we don’t have an ETA on those and I don’t think the pumps will be interchangeable between the older external skimmers and the newer one. And to be honest, the Deluxe external with the current pump like you have is such a great skimmer that I am not sure it would be worth the expense to upgrade the pump alone. That RD2000 is really a great pump as it is.
