Blackfin Tuna

Caught him off Key West. Made sushi with it right on the dock and cooked the rest up later. It put the F in Fresh!

Capt.,
Oh man does that bring back good memories...When we lived in Virginia Beach I had a friend that had a large boat and would take us out fishing for tuna and other delectable fishies...We use to cut the tuna into steaks marinate them over night and them grill 'em. Wow Fresh is the word nothing taste as good as that....

tastes the same when you get to the fatty part, like you said.

Marksreef, that pic is of a male dolphin/dorado/mahi-mahi

sorry hope that didn't come across the wrong way.

anyway, that mahi blows my tuna out of the boat.

Both extremetly delectable and both WAY too big for a 180!

I'm way to full to think about food right now. My wife and I just got back from PF Changs. Pretty good! I also got a new cook book from William Sonoma that I would like to look through...just not interested in food right now.
