75g to 120g migration. Selling 75g

I’m about 1 week from completing my migration from my 75 to a new 120 gallon.

Tank is in immaculate condition, well taken care of, comes with everything but the kitchen sink.

Tanks, canopy, glass covers, stand (solid oak – this was top of the line Oceanic), light, sump, hoses, mag drive 5 sump pump, heater, uv, protein skimmer, power head.

I will fully clean it out if the person desires but there will be ½ the sand left in the tank (Fuji pink) with tons of great growth, back glass has tons of great coralline algae growth ( as seen in photos) and great green algae growth in the over flow box.

Here’s a link to some photos and there is also a text file with a spec sheet of all included. http://home.si.rr.com/sidestuff/fishtank/

I would like to walk away from this tank with 800.00, which seems extremely fair given all that’s included and the brand of the products. (as well as the quality of the wood).
