Pic Request
Would you guys/girls please post some side view pics of your aquariums. I am doing some aquascaping in my 55 and i'm getting frustrated and I don't really want to lean any rock against the back side of the tank, but with the limited depth of the 55 I really have no other options. Is it alright to have some rock leaning against the back? The pics don't have to be of a 55, any size aquarium will do.
Thanks. |

I have mine leaning against the back of the aquarium in some places. This is an end shot but it doesn't show you how much is touching the glass and it is very clear behind the fish, but you can kind of get the idea of the how the coraline algae grows across the glass when the rocks touch the glass. When it does it is really hard to get it off.
![]() Edit: That didn't show up very well, but if you look at this front view you can see under some of the rocks that the coraline has grown on the glass behind the rocks where I can't get to it.
