Roger, my 9010 bottom cover...

is bowed so that micro bubbles and much ot the water that should be returning up the pipe is coming out of the bottom. When I hold it tight the water flow out of the pipe is greatly increased. Is there a way to seal that? Tape or silicon? New bottom cover? I am using the one with the suction mounts.

It is mounted in my fuge with a magnet holder. What is the minimum water height in regards to the blue line that it will be effective?

Thanks in advance.

The plastic is a very resilient plastic, I would pull the cover off, bow it back the other way by bending it. It is supposed to sit on the plate, suspending it is the root cause of this problem and it will reoccur unless you mount it so it sits on the plate. The water height should be between 4 and 11"
