Local source for compact fluorescent ballasts? (need a workhorse 5)

I have a CSL 2x96w fluorescent fixture on a 29 gallon tank and I need to replace one of the workhorse 5 ballasts that has gone bad. Anyone know of a local source? Is there a ballast that would be a good substitute for it?

Also, can anyone recommend a reasonable electrician who can put the thing back together now that I've taken it apart (kidding... sort of)

Thanks!
Kevin
