Package difference

From seeing the results others are getting with various two part dosing methods, I'm going to start. I was looking over the site and figured I'd go with one of the "starter" packages since I don't have any mixing jugs, etc.

However, could someone explain the differences between The Total Package and Two Part Starter Kit? I see the same extras (jugs, dispensers, etc) and the same kind of chemicals, but one is buckets and the other is pouches. Difference in chemical volume? Is it just about the convenience of pre-measured bags vs. the buckets?

Thanks for any info.
