getting a FREE 300g tank
its 96x24x30 and made from 3/4" acrylic. The only thing is that I have to move it. How much do you think it weighs? any ideas on how move this thing?

You'd probably be better off posting this in the large tank forum. Much more experience with this size tank there.

tank prolly weight upwards of 250 pounds.. just my guess.. bring at least 4 people but 6 would be better

I moved a 300 glass tank with 4 people, but would not recommend it.....we came really close to losing it = scary. The acrylic should be lighter....
I would go with at least 6 as well....but you can't beat the price!! Good luck with the move!!

Heck my 125 glass tank probably weighs 250lbs. However it's 1/2" thick glass.

get 6 big guys and a case of beer... and watch you fingers... (i dont have acrylic tank but im thinkingyou tank would be like 325lbs.. about the same as a 150 glass)
