Do you think one of these retro kits would be enough light for a 20L tank to be used a a quarantine tank for coral?

Yes, the 20L is pretty shallow. But i would get them with IceCap reflectors not Tek reflectors, IC reflectors are more efficient. JOHNNY

Ice Cap reflectors are no longer more effecient. The new Tek II reflectors are now chrome with 96% reflectivity vs. IC 95%.They also added alot more bends making a visual performance difference.

i know for gasman's needs it doesn't matter, but from the large T5 thread the Icecap have a higher par because the TEK 2 are wider and with the increased bends it spreads the light in a wider pattern with the ic it is much more narrower. Imo the wider pattern is better for MH like the Lumenarc reflectors. Also some people complaint that too much light was being wasted outside of the tank with the TEK2 reflectors. I think they are great for growing plants.
