Phasban Reactor

I have a reactor running the new warner marine hc media in it. Is it better to run on the sump or in the actual tank to get phosphate out of the water and from the rocks. My phosphate is at about .5 using a cheap test kit which means it is too high for my acros. I have some green alge growing on the highest points of my 12o reef. The snails and hermit are taking care of it ,but I dont want it to get out of hand. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Doesn't matter. Water in the sump was in the tank a few moments before. Some of the water in the tank was in the sump a few moments before. It all mixes so as long as its hitting either your fine.

That tank looks nice. These things are hard work. I run my TLF's 150 in my sump with a mini-jet 404. Works good that way.

I think its best for any filter media to return to the sump prior to the tank. This way it has time to fully mix with tank water.
