gigantea questions (chanigng lights/moving and cleaning my tank)

Well here is the deal and a bit of history, I have had a blue gigantea for about 4 or 5 months now. A few weeks ago I had cyro... that was no fun so I did a few things increase alk... let mine slip a bit, added another powerhead, did several water changes and it did not disapear. Then I added redslim control, and it was gone after 4 days. Did a 40 gal. water change about a week ago and have been good. During that tine the gigantea was fine, did not move and was open like always.

Then last night I change my bulbs in my 150 watt MH to 14000k from 10000k bulbs, I also have 4 54 watt t5s that are blue. Then erlier today i noticed that the gigantea was repositioning its self, which it does all the time but stays in a general area, but now it has shrunk up and is moving away from that area and climing up on a rock instead of being on the sand bed, could this be caused due to the change of lights. (I have only seen it shrink 3 or 4 times since I have had it)

Also it usually covers part of the glass when it is open, so since it was moving I figuared it was cleaning time. When I was done cleaning I noticed that there were a few blue tenticals stuck to the head of the scraper I use. Not on the blad but on the part where it attacheds to the rod. I think I might have hit it but did not notice any nicks. Is that something I need to worry about.

THank you... I am still pretty new at this
