Twisted Blue Throat Trigger

Several days ago my Blue Throat Trigger presented with a distinct bend or twist in his body, it was not a gradual change it seemed to happen in an acute manor. He seems very healthy and other than his difficulty swimming in a straight line he seems fine and is eating normally. I have no idea what may have caused this anyone have an idea what type of condition this may be?

This could be some type of spinal deformity. By the way it looks like you have some algae problems.
