Error When Trying to update firmware

I was attempting to update my controller to v 3.05

I connected it via the provided serial cable. I had the open file on my desktop. I connect via the serial cable with no issues. I saved my setting as well as my sensor data. I updated firmware. It asked me if I wanted to download on the cotroller, during the download it says error transmitting.

Any ideas, tried this quite a few times

Did you confirm the action on the profilux when asked?

The screen will change and ask you to confirm yes or no, if you do not confirm th action on the profilux module before pressing start downlaod it will error.

I think you left a message on our voice mail?

odd it worked on my other computer... well its updated

Good to talk to you on the phone, and great you got it to work on the other pc, no idea why but maybe a firewall blocked it or similar.
