Looking to build a plywood tank (UK)

I want a big tank, simple as that really and since its going to be housed in a wall I'm looking at making it from plywood

I can obviously source the wood, I can source the acrylic for the front

but for the life of me i cant find any info on what epoxy resin to use (that wont leak bad stuff into my water)

any help would be great and anyone that knows where i can source these products in the uk would be a superstar

garf.org also has a step-by-step for a plywood tank in their how-to section.
