A. Nana looking mottled

Noticing that my Nana is getting these clumpy deposits on one colony. It looks like it is preventing the polyps from extending. Is this a sign of AEFW? Should I dip the coral in Coral Revive (or some other product) and then cut off the colony that is mottled?
