Talking Need to find a good DIY Skimmer Design

I am looking for a good skimmer to make a DIY project... I currently have a DIY skimmer that I made back when I first started my tank... Now I am thinking that maybe the skimmer is not handling the load the way I want.. I am not concerned with money or availability, just need a good design...

If no one has a design what is currently one of the best skimmers on the market for a 50 gallon tank that i can use to help make my skimmer.. Ultimately, I would like it to be able to handle 100 gallons...

Thanks

Dream

What style of skimmer are you looking to clone?

I am mainly looking at the euroreef type skimmer, but at this point I would prefer performance over looks...

I rather take the time and make the better skimmer than rush it again...

I have a great dual beckett that could easily be sized down to a single beckett. It's a custom piece that would be easy to clone.

It's a custom built skimmer, no model or size available.

Wow, that is a great project. Maybe you could take a few photos and a few dimensions and I could take it from there (I Think) Thanks mflamb for all your help...

I didn't build it. A dude at JDM Technologies in New Jersey did.
